DELIVERY

  •  When will my order ship? 

The bundles and closures usually – key word usually – ship within 1-2 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! And the wigs(Colorful wigs will be longer) ship within 3-5 business days.

However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient my friend!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

 

  • My order shipped, when will it get to my house!?

We usually ship the hair and wigs by express UPS/DHL/FedEx, we make a list to show you how long will the deliver takes.

    • My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

    Sometimes the express deliver put the parcel in your mailbox, please check your mailbox if the parcel is inside? If not, please ask if your family or neighbours sign the parcel?

    If you still can't find the parcel, please call the express customs service at first time, and then please contact us HERE.

     

    • Where to track your tracking number

    You can google the express name and key in the tracking number directly, the tracking number and express name are listed in your order details.

     

    • Do you combine orders?

    Orders are subject to being automatically combined by our system if placed on the same day and shipping to the same address. 

     

    • Why is my order unfulfilled?

    No need to worry, unfulfilled just means your order is processing and has not yet shipped! Once your order ships, it will be marked as Fulfilled/Shipped. You'll receive an email with tracking once this happens!

     

    • Can I have my order delivered to a APO / PO Box address?

    Sorry, honey, since we use express shipping, the APO / PO address are not allowed, please be noticed when you place order, because once order placed, the address can't be changed, you have to cancel order and replace order.

     

    • Will my package be charged customs?

    All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based off product value. 

    These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Ladyfocuswig assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

     

    • How do I track the delivery of my order?

    Yay, you are so close to receiving your goodies! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible.

     

    • What countries do you ship to?

    We happily ship to (almost) all countries worldwide! 

    All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your ColourPop order and/or shipping total. Ladyfocuswig is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
